Onyiagi Properties Nigeria Limited, incorporated in 2015, is a firm of real estate developers, building contractors, project managers and property consultants. The company, duly incorporated in Nigeria, was borne out of the desire of the owners to optimally exploit opportunities in the Nigerian real estate market to provide high quality, adequate and affordable housing to Nigerians both in the formal and informal sectors of the Nigerian economy. The company has within the period of operations gained valuable of credibility with the clients. The credibility rests on the ability to deliver on projects while maintaining excellent cordial relationships with stakeholders.

Manpower/Human Resources

The Company’s human resources comprise of highly qualified skilled, competent, experienced and dedicated professionals in administration, financial control, business development, project management, engineering, architecture, surveying (quantity, estate and land) surveying, business and financial analysis, accountancy and administration to enable it achieve the goals and objectives. We derive a great deal of synergy from the capabilities of these different professionals in the team.

OPERATIONAL/TECHNICAL FACILITIES

For effective operations, Onyiagi Properties has suitable office space, equipment yard and workshop with modern office equipment and a range of construction and operational equipment that enhances its managerial and operational competence. In addition to that it maintains bilateral agreements with other organizations for the exchange of technical expertise, equipment and other facilities.

CORPORATE POLICY ON HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT

We have a health, environment and safety system that ensures that all our projects are executed in compliance with Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (EIA); with the assurance that there is no degradation of the project environment or harm to members of the community and workers. To sustain HSE standards we engage in constant training of our workers and enforcing strictest compliance amongst all stakeholders.
