Management

The company is structured and managed under strict corporate governance principles that ensure clear delineation of duty and accountability.

For effective management and realizing the set goals and objectives the company is structured into four functional groups:

1. Finance and Administration comprising the functions of administration, human resources management, financial control and accounting. This group is managed by Head, Finance and Corporate Services
2. Operations which encompasses the functions of technical/engineering services, project management and information and communication technology (ICT). At the helm of affairs is the Head, Operations
3. Business Development and Marketing made up of business development, marketing, sales, media and public relations. The Business Development & Marketing Manager plans and coordinates all activities in the group
4. Planning and External Relations which hosts the strategic planning, operational planning, government and domestic relations, international relations and collaborations

The Legal and Secretarial Unit also exists and is domiciled in the Office of the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO
